Home.
With the Home Module, users can schedule and
view all of their related safety activities,
including tasks, events, inspections,
corrective actions and training. The Home
Module serves as a compliance calendar
alerting users to upcoming and overdue
safety items.
Incidents.
The Incidents Module
enables organization to collect relevant
incident data and analyze trends through an
extensive incident reporting module. Users
can generate accurate regulatory reports,
including National Transit Database, FRA,
state safety oversight, and OSHA logs and annual reports.

Claims.
With the Claims
Module, companies can link various types of
claims to an incident report. Through this
synergy, companies are able to precisely
determine the cost of an incident; manage
claims costs of an incident; and determine
appropriate mechanisms to prevent high cost
incidents.

Internal
Audits.
The Internal Audits Module includes forms and
pre-built checklists, enabling management
and inspectors to perform and track
compliance rates of on-site safety
inspections. Checklist items are linked to
detailed APTA and OSHA regulatory standards from 29
CFR 1910 and 1926.
Hazards.
The Hazards Module
enables organizations to identify, analyze and
remediate hazardous conditions. Early
detection of hazardous conditions can
prevent the occurrence of costly incidents
and employee injuries.
Observations.
The Observations
Module focuses on behavioral based safety
techniques and allows Managers and
Supervisors to conduct positive observations
on employees involved in safety critical
behavior.
Corrective Actions.
The Corrective
Actions Module enables companies to generate
plans for incidents, hazards, safety
inspections, security activities and
observations. Tracking the assignment and
status of problem reports enables timely
completion of corrective action plans and
improved safety. Automatic e-mail alerts
notify key responsible parties of open,
overdue and closed corrective actions.
Training.
The Training Module
provides simple tracking and analyzing of
training activities and incidents, including
the safety history of employees. With an
extensive alerts function, users are able to
generate reports identifying employees who
need recertification and training for
specific job assignments. Automatic e-mail
alerts notify employees of classes and
required re-training.
Security.
With the Security
Module, transit agencies can capture crime data,
perform security inspections,
and complete internal status reports.
The safety module also allows user to
complete National Transit Database security
reporting. In
