Bon Provenzano supports clients with expertise in signaling, communications, and train control systems. He has extensive Quality and Systems Assurance experience in rail project delivery, transit operations and maintenance, and Systems Safety.

Mr. Provenzano is a licensed Professional Engineer and Transit System Safety Engineering SME who provides support for Signaling, Communications and Transit Operations. He has created, implemented and monitored Safety and Quality systems for diverse transit projects and operations such as Positive Train Control for Metro-North Railroad and Long Island Rail Road, AirTrain JFK and AirTrain Newark. Through a combination of hands-on inspection, audits, incident investigations, training and direct oversight, he has built proactive systems to foster the safety of passengers, staff and assets of multiple transit systems.

Prior his transit experience, Mr. Provenzano worked for 20 years in manufacturing of industrial and mission-critical electronic devices for Air Traffic Control, Head-Mounted Displays, Laser Cutting and Etching, and various defense and aerospace applications. His deep knowledge of production and environmental factors apply directly to maintenance of signaling and communications devices in the extreme conditions of transit applications.
