Charles has expertise in rail system safety, regulatory compliance, and operations. He has coordinated on-site audits and works with our clients to lead the review of accident reports, agency safety documents, and corrective action documentation.

Mr. Lindrooth is the Project Manager for several State Safety Oversight (SSO) programs including the Georgia Department of Transportation SSO program, Missouri Department of Transportation SSO program, Michigan Department of Transportation SSO program, and the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation SSO Program leading audits of the covered transit agencies. He also works as a technical consultant in support of several other TRA clients providing regulatory analysis, event investigation, safety risk management, and vehicles maintenance plan, policy, and report review.
