CHRISTOPHER TIRRI

Senior Analyst

Chris holds an M.S. in urban and regional planning and has 10 years of writing education experience. As a project analyst, Chris assists clients with conducting triennial audits, reviewing accident reports and PTASPs, and developing RBI programs.

Mr. Tirri is a Project Analyst and is currently assigned to the State Safety Oversight (SSO) programs with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and the West Virginia Department of Transportation – Division of Multimodal Transportation Facilities – Public Transit (WVDOT-DMTF-PT). Mr. Tirri has also completed special assessments or audits for the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA)/Port Authority Transit Corporation (PATCO) and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). Mr. Tirri offers support in all areas of SSO program management, chiefly triennial audit reviews and reporting, Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) reviews and implementation; site reviews of agency operations and reporting; corrective action plan (CAP) development, monitoring, and reviews; reportable event reviews and monitoring; and risk-based inspection (RBI) planning and implementation.
