Devon is a project analyst with an M.S. in urban and regional planning and a background in environmental, health, and safety (EHS). Devon assists state safety oversight agencies with corrective actions, risk-based and compliance inspections, and on-site audits to help mitigate hazards and ensure safety within transit operations.

Ms. Nealer is a Project Analyst and is currently assigned to the State Safety Oversight (SSO) programs with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission (WMSC). TRA’s collaboration with these clients extends to all areas of State Safety Oversight (SSO) program management, including regulatory compliance, audits and inspection programs, accident investigations, hazard management, and corrective action plans (CAP).
