Dylan has a background in chemical engineering and sustainability which he applies to oversight of mostly Pennsylvanian transit agencies. Working as a project analyst, he supports the team to ensure ongoing safe operations.

Mr. Lawson is a project analyst providing support on audit and inspection activities for western Pennsylvania transit properties in addition to providing support on the West Viginia State and New Jersey Transit projects. Through a background in chemical engineering and sustainability, a unique perspective is applied to safety considerations to hold paramount the wellbeing of passengers and transit staff. Using collected observations, he also supports the reporting responsibilities for state safety oversight, considering current standards to formulate findings of noncompliance for corrective actions. He has also been integral in developing the risk-based inspection program, having skills in performing detailed data analysis to target and prioritize inspections.
