Seal Russell recently joined TRA as a project analyst. Ms. Russell comes to TRA with a diverse background encompassing municipal planning, multimodal street design, and hard science. Ms. Russell will be supporting several TRA State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) client programs through system audits, field reviews and on-site inspections, event investigations, incident/hazard analysis, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.
