Tim Adams is TRA’s Data Consultant, and is currently supporting several TRA State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) client programs, including the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT), Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (CoPUC). Mr. Adams develops and manages complex data analysis solutions for SSO clients, focused on identifying operational and safety risks to drive risk-based inspection programs. Mr. Adams also supports various State Safety Oversight (SSO) functions, including system audits, field reviews and on-site inspections, event investigations, incident/hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Adams comes to TRA with a strong background in municipal planning and multimodal connectivity.
