Tim Adams is a Project Analyst with TRA, and is currently supporting several TRA State Safety Oversight Agency (SSOA) client programs, including the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) and Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT). Mr. Adams supports various State Safety Oversight (SSO) functions, including system audits, field reviews and on-site inspections, event investigations, incident/hazard analysis, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Adams comes to TRA with a strong background in municipal planning and multimodal connectivity.
