TRA supported of MARTA’s request for project management services for the Clayton County Expansion Initiative. Under this broad task, TRA focused strategically on those project management areas which support business unit development of Clayton County mobilization plans, with the goal of successful integration and completion of all tasks identified by all business units by the determined revenue service date.
