The TVA identified and analyzed all manner of risks to NCTD from both human-caused and natural hazards and marked the first step in NCTD’s full security review process.  In reviewing each asset, TRA also looked beyond terrorism and natural hazards to consider general security issues that staff and passengers may encounter on a more regular basis, influencing their perception of everyday security.  The TVA report provided detailed assessments of risk and its subcomponents for each critical asset, including site-specific recommendations, along with system-wide findings and recommendations.
