TRA is excited to welcome two new members to our team, April Dorcak and Stephanie Turner. April is a Project Engineer and will be supporting TRA projects from our Pittsburgh office, while Stephanie will contribute to our work in the Project Analyst role at the Philadelphia headquarters office.

April Dorcak, an industrial engineer by training, comes to TRA with a background in business process engineering and an master’s degree in business administration. Among other projects, April will provide support to the PennDOT Rail Transit Safety Review Program (RTSRP) which, along with other rail systems, oversees the Port Authority of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh. Stephanie Turner, a recent graduate of Georgetown University’s master of public policy program, has experience in qualitative and quantitative research, as well as with bus transit operations and maintenance at the University of Maryland. Stephanie will also be providing significant support to the RTSRP, as well as other TRA projects as needed.

Both April and Stephanie bring a wealth of applicable skills and experience to TRA, and we are thrilled to add their contributions and perspective to our collective strength as a company.
