TRA worked with MARTA’s transformation team, as well as key technical representatives in facilities and maintenance departments, to develop an Authority-wide cleaning services scope of work.
TRA worked with MARTA’s stakeholders to evaluate current practices, other recent contracts and scopes of work, and optimal future cleaning procedures, and helped to combine these into a comprehensive work description.
In addition to technical writing and editing of the scope of work, TRA provided technical transportation services in meeting with and interviewing MARTA’s technical personnel. TRA also developed a preliminary cost model and proposal structure, in order to determine how the scope of work would fit into a more formal request for proposals.
