TRA’s role included project management, asset site evaluations, scoring protective measures, prioritizing risks, writing, reviewing and delivering component workbooks, conducting results meetings and keeping the project within agreed upon scope of work and time lines. The objective of this project was to reassess the current status of critical Amtrak assets utilizing an all hazards risk management approach that would provide Amtrak with a process to make informed decisions regarding threat and risk reduction for its critical assets and implementation of targeted mitigation strategies.
