Attention Transit Agencies: The FTA has issued a mandate (General Directive 24-1) requiring all transit agencies under the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) rule to conduct a Safety Risk Assessment on transit worker assaults. The assessment results must be submitted by December 26, 2024.
